This year has brought some of the greatest health challenges I have ever faced.
There were moments I felt held back, wondering how I was going to navigate what came next.
I experienced some very low lows, yet somehow I found the strength to keep climbing.
As we prepare for Bands at the Bridge 2026, I found myself being reminded over and over
again to “Just Breathe.”
Such simple words… yet they can feel incredibly complex when life hurts.
In the midst of uncertainty, healing, and emotions that don’t always make sense, I keep
coming back to the invitation behind Love Yourself.
Pause.
Breathe.
Learn.
Connect.
Recognize the worth that has always been yours to discover within yourself.
Our worth isn’t something we earn. It isn’t something someone else gives us. It has always
been there, waiting for us to believe it.
Even though I miss Skyler every single day, I choose to keep breathing. I choose hope. I choose
to keep showing up. And I choose to continue inviting others to do the same.
I’m grateful for another year of gathering with our community—to witness the hope,
kindness, and strength we have to offer one another.
I hope you’ll join us on September 10 as we come together to breathe, to heal, and to remind
one another that no one has to walk this journey alone.
